- Get 6 tbls of Double cream.
- Use 4 tbls of Milk.

- Heat the oil add chicken onions and corn and fry until chicken is coloured. Then add the mushrooms.
- Then add the chilli sauce and Spinach. Fry for one minute add black pepper then add it all to the middle of the wrap. Roll it and tuck in the ends.
- Next the sauce add the cream and milk then add the grated cheese. Next when its boiling turn down to simmer add the chilli sauce stir often until its simmered for 1 minute..
- Next add your wrap to the oven dish and pour over the sauce. Add it to a preheated oven 180°C for 10 minutes. Serve hot with french fries, homemade chips or a side salad.
