  1. Prepare 2.5 kg of Oil.
  2. You need 1 cup of Mustard.
  3. Use 800 g of Channadal/Split Chickpeas.
  4. You need 400 g of Urad dal/Split Blackgram.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of Ginger Paste.
  6. Get 180 of Green Chilli(Slit Vertically).

  8. Get 1/3 cup of Asafoetida/Hing Powder.
  9. Provide 2 cup of Curry Leaves.

  1. Heat 1/2 kg oil. Add in the whole garam masala. Now add enough water. When it comes to boil, add the washed rice. Cook the rice. Cool down the rice. The rice grains should be fully cooked and separate..

  3. Add in the channadal and urad dal..
  4. After the dal gets fried, add ginger, green chilli, dry red chilli, hing and curry leaves..

  7. Uncover. Check if the beetroot is cooked..
  8. Now add in the boiled green peas and grated coconut. Stir well..
  9. Now add salt and sambar powder. Stir well..
  10. Add this mixture to the cooked rice. Mix well..
  11. Offer Beetroot and Green Peas Rice to Lord Sri Krishna and honor Krishna Prasadam..
