- Take of bottle of Stubbs Chicken Marinade Citrus and Onion.
- Use of bottle of Stubbs Wicked Habenero Pepper Wing Sauce.
- Prepare of olive oil butter.
- Use of Raw honey.
- Take of Salt.
- Use of Pepper.
- Prepare of Hickory natural wood chips.
- Prepare of Aluminum pan.
- Prepare of Zip lock.
- Prepare of simply apple juice.

- Clean wings and place them in a zip lock bag with onion and citrus marinade..
- Preheat electric smoker to 225 degrees..
- Place aluminum pan in smoker with apple juice, on the bottom rack(smokers some times have a drip pan but this saves cleaning time!).
- Once preheated, lay wings directly on smoker rack above apple juice. Add wood chips and smoke for 1.5 hours..
